Switch: A Community in Transition
The Sarah Doyle Women's Center at Brown University is pleased to announce that we will bring the documentary film "Switch: A Community in Transition" to Providence on April 29th. Produced by filmmaker and longtime activist Brooks Nelson, this documentary explores the impact of a gender transition not just on the individual going through transition, but on the surrounding community of family, friends, co-workers and others. Brown’s April 29th event will be open to the Providence community, and will include a talk and question and answer session after the screening with filmmaker Brooks Nelson.
