Hi, all.  There's an opening at the Ford Foundation for a temporary (could possibly become permanent) events person.  It would be working under my close friend who is a supberb, fun, and wise boss (I worked for her years ago), and most immediately with their public engagement manager -- and they've got lots of really interesting projects going on.

My friend says: "The person must have real events experience.  We're looking for that magic combination of brilliant execution (ie attention to budgets and details) with good conceptual and writing chops."  Description attached.

Please pass along to stellar people, and let them know they should feel free to contact me if they want the bit of insight onto work there (but not much) that I may be able to offer.

Julia
