Dr. Douglass Bailey is Professor of European Prehistory in the Cardiff School of History and Archaeology, at Cardiff University. His research interests include Prehistoric Europe, Neolithic of Central and Eastern Europe, Landscape, Sedentism, Architecture and the Built Environment, the History of Photography, and Surrealism/Dada. He is the author of Prehistoric Figurines: Representation and Corporeality in the Neolithic, among many other publications.
