Film Critic Armond White -- In Person
"The Official History of Music Video: An Introspective."

In person at The RISD Museum, acclaimed film critic and author Armond White will screen and discuss his selection of the best music videos of the past 20 years, videos that broke sexual, racial and artistic barriers.
White draws crowds annually for his music video presentations at Scanners The New York Video Festival at Lincoln Center, when he reviews music video as the liveliest, most viewer-friendly instances of video innovation -- the art that people talk about and dance to.
White authored The Resistance: Ten Years of Pop Culture That Shook the World and Rebel for the Hell of It: The Life of Tupac Shakur, and is film critic for the New York Press.
